Paul Asdourian, M.D.

Dr. Asdourian is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon who graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a major in Biochemistry. He graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical School, and did a general surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC before completing his orthopedic surgery residency at Boston University. His spine surgery fellowship was completed dat Rush-Presbyterian-St Luke’s Medical Center and the Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children in Chicago under the direction of Dr. Ronald DeWald. In 1987 he started his career at Medstar Union Hospital as their Chief of Spinal Surgery. In 2015 he became the Regional Director of Spine Surgery at Medstar North. He is a full time instructor at the Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in the Orthopaedic Residency Program and Spine Fellowship Program.
